Hire of any equipment from Ultimate Sound and Vision UK will incur the stated hire charge plus a returnable deposit which is stated on the deposits page. These deposits will be required to cover any damage caused to equipment to which the hirer or any other person associated to the hirer in any such way has caused. Damage does not include any internal malfunctions to computers or parts that the hirer has not caused. Deposits will be returned on return of any equipment that has been tested and we are satisfied that the equipment is in the identical condition that it was released in. Deposits do not cover and will not be affected by malfunctions of any internal computers, stepper motors, power supply`s or any other part used for the operation of the item that has not been caused by bad or inappropriate use, by the hirer or any person associated to the hirer in any way. This also includes not using precautions or any warnings that have been issued with this piece or any piece of equipment supplied by Ultimate Sound and Vision UK.

Equipment is hired on a day to day basis, our day runs from 12 midday until 12midday the following day. A full 24 hour period. So you will not be liable to pay 2 days charge as with most hire company`s. Equipment must be returned no later than midday on the stated return day as this will incur an extra hire charge.

All intelligent lighting and its controllers will only be hired to persons confident and able to control such pieces of equipment, these are very advanced and require precise controlling as bad controlling could cause fatal damage to internal computers, and as dmx control works in a daisy chain style it will continue to damage all fixtures along the line. We cannot provide training for any piece of equipment but will be happy to supply basic instructions so a competent person can become familiar with the controls. Intelligent lighting will be hired to untrained persons but will only be supplied on a sound to light/stand alone setup. So it will be simply plug and play and will have its own built in programmes. |

Any damages to any piece of equipment in any way will be charged to the hirer. Each item will be inspected and pat tested for electrical safety prior to departure from our warehouse and a certificate for this will be supplied to the hirer. If a piece of equipment does not pass our vigorous safety checks it will not be allowed to leave the warehouse and a replacement will be supplied at no extra cost. All items must be returned on stated date. People who do not return any piece of equipment will be reported to the local police and all details and cctv images will be passed to them. We will not accept late or non returns as this is theft and as above anyone who does not return equipment will be liable for theft, and will be also liable for all costs incurred by Ultimate Sound and Vision UK and/or any of its associates, this includes any business related to Ultimate Sound and Vision UK in any way directly or indirectly including companies in the Tomes family. |

Ultimate Sound and Vision, its sister companies or any other companies related to Ultimate Sound and Vision in any way directly or indirectly will not and cannot be held responsible for any damage injury`s or any other accident caused by any piece of equipment in any way. Any persons hiring equipment from Ultimate Sound and Vision or any of its associates must agree to our terms prior to use of any of our services. |
